Earlier this week overnight lows were in the upper 40s to low 50s; there’s no doubt the warmer air has made it back into Acadiana. This morning lows were in the upper 60s to low 70s, and it looks as though lows will remain in the upper 60s through the weekend and into early next week. The cool, plesant mornings were nice while they were here. There’s no doubt that the cold fronts will be few and far between between now and October. I think we will see a few more cold fronts during May, but I don’t see any strong cold fronts moving toward us anytime soon.
