Thursday Showers…

Showers and storms are moving over Texas this afternoon as an upper level disturbance rolls over the Lone Star State. That upper level disturbance will make its way into Acadiana tomorrow, increasing our rain chances. I’m not expecting much rain, but we will see the best chance of rain we’ve seen all week. With some instability in the atmosphere, we may see a few storms, but I’m not expecting any severe weather. There won’t be enough wind shear for organized severe weather.  We will see low rain chances going into the weekend. Highs tomorrow through the weekend will be in the low to mid 80s.
