There was an outbreak of severe weather yesterday from the Tennessee Valley up through the Ohio Valley, and it looks as though the same areas may get hit again tomorrow night. This could be the set-up for a significant severe weather outbreak across those areas, but we will see just a few showers across Acadiana. Most of the upper level energy will pass north of us, so I’m not expecting any severe weather here, but we may see a few storms. There’s no doubt spring is very close with these storm systems moving across portions of the country, but we will see lows Saturday night dip into the low 40s. Winter still has some living to do.
