A cold front will move through Acadiana tomorrow night, giving us a chance of showers and storms late tomorrow afternoon. It does look as though we may see some severe weather across Acadiana. This does not look like a classic set-up for severe weather, but enough things may come together for a chance of strong winds and isolated tornadoes. Most of the upper level energy and wind shear will be north of us, so the higher threat of severe weather will be north of Acadiana. At least we will see some much needed rainfall. We will watch this system closely as it moves through the area. Behind the cold front, very nice weather will return Wednesday and Thanksgiving. We will see another chance of storms Saturday morning. Some of those may be strong to severe, too.
