Tropical Storm Gordon

Tropical Storm Gordon formed yesterday out in the Central Atlantic. Gordon is the seventh named storm of the 2012 Atlantic Hurricane Season. For a brief period of time, Gordon may become a hurricane, but it won’t become a strong hurricane. Gordon is moving away from the United States, so we won’t have to worry about Gordon. Besides Gordon, the tropics are quiet. Keep in mind, the peak of hurricane season is still several weeks away.
