It looks as though that may be the case as we head into the wekeend. Some areas went over two weeks without seeing a drop of rain, then the rains returned. Some of those same areas have now seen rain for about seven or eight days in a row. Most of Acadiana has seen a good soaker over the last week, but it does look as though we will see lower rain chances tomorrow and into the weekend, but some area will still receive rain. As we head into next week, we will see a chance of rain, but the rain chances will be lower than what we have seen so far this week. With the drier air moving in, temperatures will be warmer over the weekend as they will climb back into the upper 80s to low 90s.
