We have entered that time of year in which we see afternoon showers and storms at least a few times a week, and that trend normally stays with us at least until September. As a week frontal boundary stalls over us this week, we will see a chance of storms each day all the way through the weekend. The models are trying to bring some drier air into the atmosphere late this week, but I think we will see enough moisture to see a small chance of rain Friday and Saturday. The rain chances will increase once again Sunday and Monday. With the atmosphere very unstable, any storm that forms may be strong, and a few may be severe storms. Highs each day will be in the upper 80s to low 90s, and lows will be in the upper 60s to low 70s.
