Say hello to Tropical Storm Alberto the first named storm for the 2012 Atlantic Hurricane Season. It is located just off the east coast of the Carolina’s moving very slowly to stationary. Maximum sustained winds are currently 45 mph. This is the first time in history in the same year that named storms have formed before the start of both the Atlantic and Eastern Pacific Hurricane Season officially begins.
